Transwoman Wins Miss Netherlands 2023

 

Meet the new Miss Netherlands 2023 Rikkie Kollé, 22, who identifies as a trans queer woman, who was crowned last night in Amsterdam, She will now represent her country in Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador in December. She becomes the second trans contestant to compete in Miss Universe, the first being Angela Ponce of Spain in 2018.

The first runner-up is Natalie Eyms, 25, who was Miss Grand Netherlands 2021 and top 10 at Miss Grand International 2021.
