Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2023 Crowned

 

Karla Guilfú, 26, representing the municipality of Patillas, has been crowned Miss Universe Puerto Rico 2023 just moments ago in San Juan. She will now compete in Miss Universe 2023 pageant to be held in El Salvador on November 18.

Xarimar Acevedo of Rio Grande is 1st runner-up, while Kiara Escudero of Toa Baja is 2nd runner-up.

Guilfú had competed in Miss Supranational 2021 where she placed 1st runner-up.
